This season we have some pretty wacky contests…
Regarding the contests… we actually have 2 per evening and they are the ODDJOB challenge and the BOND challenge - if you come dressed as ODDJOB you get to throw the bowler at the Statue to knock the head off and you win a bunch of crazy stuff… and for the BOND challenge, just come dressed as your fav BOND character or villian and recite a few lines, or do a short 3 minute skit or something. There are no rules for content, just keep within the aforementioned guidelines…
JAMES BOND
On May 2 in ROSSLYN at Gateway Park we are putting a call out to all spies and undercover agents to don your best bond outfit - this must include a black hat, a black suit, a white shirt and a black tie - and must have martini in hand - as we attempt to set the guinness record for the most BOND look-alikes in one place at one time.
ODD JOB
On May 8 in NoMa at Washington Gateway, we are putting a call out to all ODD JOB’s to put on your best ODDJOB outfit - this must include a black Bowler hat, Morning Jacket, a white shirt and a stripped house/rep tie - as we attempt to set the guinness record for the most ODD JOB look-alikes in one place at one time.
This is pretty nuts so we’ll just see what happens…
